Paige Carruthers, PA-C

Paige’s journey into healthcare began in upstate New York, where she gained invaluable clinical experience as an EMT. Driven by a passion for medicine and public health, she pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of South Florida, earning a double major in Biomedical Sciences and Public Health in 2013. Building on her academic foundation, Paige achieved a master’s degree in Medical Sciences before completing her education at Nova Southeastern University. She graduated with honors in 2022, earning her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies.

Outside of her professional life, Paige enjoys traveling with her husband, Frank, exploring new destinations and cultures. She also loves spending time with her beloved dogs and indulging in her creative side through baking.

Dr. Toomey is an excellent surgeon. He's very professional, knowledgeable, kind and has a sense of humor. I recovered quickly from my surgery with little pain.
